For the production of superior products a thorough quality control is essential, ensuring all the characteristics of the final products to meet the required specifications.
Raw materials
At Cemart NV quality control begins upon the reception of the raw materials.
During production
During the production a sample of the first batch is taken and tested in order to check the flowability and the open time of the material.
After production
In our laboratory small sample prisms of each material are poured in order to perform flexural and compressive strength tests after 7, 28 and 90 days. This information is retained meticulously.
An additional sample is poured in order to assess the final surface.
Of each order 3 to 4 kg is retained for possible further testing.
